We are thrilled to announce that our varsity girls’ volleyball team has qualified for the state tournament for the third consecutive year! This incredible achievement is a testament to our athletes' dedication, hard work, and the support of our entire EBF community. The tournament will take place at Xtream Arena Center in Coralville, and we couldn’t be prouder of our Rockets as they represent EBF on this prestigious stage.
To allow our students and staff the opportunity to participate and support the team, the school schedule will be adjusted as follows on the dates EBF competes:
· Tuesday, November 5: Dismissal at 12:00 pm
· Wednesday, November 6: Dismissal at 1:00 pm
· Thursday, November 7: Dismissal at 1:00 pm
Please note that each building will communicate its specific dismissal procedures. Should the team no longer be competing, we will resume our normal school schedule.
For our educational staff, the workday will end 15 minutes following the early dismissals. Paraeducators who wish to make up the time missed due to these schedule adjustments will have the opportunity to participate in future professional development through EBF, with dates to be determined.
