The Megan Black EBF Girls Wrestling Invite honors Megan Black, EBF Graduate 2013. Megan placed in the Iowa Wrestling State Tournament (boys division). She won a national title in college and was a member of the USA Girls Wrestling team.
The EBF girls team showed they want to follow in her accolades while hosting their own tournament. EBF wrestled with spirit and enthusiasm, scoring 261 points, nearly doubling the amount of the 2nd place team Applington Parkersburg Grundy Center with 133 points.
Finalist included Hollie Roberts (100-1st), Abigail Durflinger (110-1st), Kate Krause (115-2nd), Georgia Smith (120-2nd), Kendra Krause (125-2nd), Miley Kirkpatrick (130-2nd), Madison Connell (135-2nd), Chelsea Smith (155-1st), and Ella Ray (235-1st)
