Dear Band Families, I want to sincerely apologize for the unexpected delay with our Krispy Kreme fundraiser pickup that was scheduled for today.
Our order of 260 dozen donuts was not ready when we arrived for pickup. I had previously confirmed the February 18 date, and I was unaware that any additional confirmation was required. Unfortunately, this is now the second time this particular fundraiser has had to be postponed, and I know many of you rearranged work schedules and committed significant time to make today’s pickup possible — including our parents who drove for four hours today to pick up our order.
I completely understand how frustrating and disappointing this is. Please know that I am actively working with Krispy Kreme to resolve this as quickly as possible and secure a new pickup date. I will communicate updated details the moment I receive confirmation.
Thank you for your patience, flexibility, and continued support of our program. Your support truly means so much to our students, and I am deeply sorry for the inconvenience this has caused.
Sincerely, Dezirae Fairchild
